These terms govern use of the Clip Shelf browser extension. By installing or using Clip Shelf, the user agrees to these terms. If the user does not agree, the user should not install or use the extension.
The service
Clip Shelf is a local browser tool that helps users collect, arrange, copy, and download images they select while browsing. Features may change as the extension is maintained and improved.
User responsibilities
The user is responsible for:
- using Clip Shelf lawfully and in accordance with the terms of websites they visit;
- having the necessary rights or permission to copy, download, store, or reuse an image;
- respecting copyright, privacy, confidentiality, and other rights;
- reviewing content before sharing or publishing it; and
- maintaining backups of any content they cannot afford to lose.
Clip Shelf does not grant rights to third-party images or website content. The extension must not be used to bypass access controls, technical restrictions, or lawful limits imposed by a content owner or service.
Third-party services

Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the publisher will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, content, profits, or business arising from use of or inability to use Clip Shelf. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
